Shocked By The Rating—This Place Deserves More! I was honestly surprised to see that this amazing farmhouse has a rating of only 8.8 on Booking.com. After speaking with the manager, I learned that the review account is quite old, But all recent reviews has been extremely positive—rightfully so! The service here was truly outstanding —Every detail was taken care of with care & attentiveness. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day right. I was also absolutely impressed by gorgeous flowers everywhere, adding a beautiful touch to the already stunning setting. This place deserves a much higher rating, and I can’t recommend it enough. Truly A Hidden Gem!

“Great Vibes, Amazing Food & Fun People”

We booked a few rooms and had such a great time. Limoncello served some of the best Italian food we’ve had, and being able to use the pool at the resort next door was a huge plus. Getting around was super easy with the convenient transport, so we could really just relax and enjoy. One of the best parts was meeting so many different people—at breakfast, in the lounge, just hanging out. The mix of guests from different properties made it feel lively and social, and the staff were fantastic—friendly, fun to chat with, and happy to share about the local culture. It all made the stay feel extra special!

“Best Hospitality one could ask for”

Had quite a beautiful unit. Well equipped with a coffee machine all decor and furniture in new, clean condition and ample space. The staff however were the real highlight for me Mr Ava, Ms Yui, Mr Watt and the young lady with glasses and braces whose name I did not get, were the MOST helpful people I met in Pai. Absolutely amazing service, always happy to help with a smile. Please visit and if you do, don’t forget to tip. These are hardworking honest people and made my trip in Pai at the time, the best I could’ve asked for

The little houses are super cute and comfortable! Great beds and fresh sheets. Fresh air everyday and a nice stay in nature. We liked it here in Pai!

“Unique experience in Pai”

Breakfast was wonderful with a few items we have never seen before. Room was small but overall lovely and unique experience. Such an adorable place with a lovely property. People were friendly.

The best service we have received in Thailand. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you need and more with lots of small and special touches. The staff were super helpful and organized an early taxi to Chiang Mai airport.

The room was clean and had a nice ambiance. The bed was comfortable. The hotel gave me a lift to my new hotel when I checked out which I really appreciated!

“Cozy place”

Super nice locations, cozy environment and very well done renovation. They even provide Baygon and flashlight in case of emergency. Good breakfast (one choice but good enough to start the day with a positive vibe). Hotel workers are pretty friendly and welcoming. We really appreciate the gift left nearby the bed: very sweet gesture. Thanks!!
