The staff were all so polite and welcoming, really helping explain the layout and amenities on offer, also giving good recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The location was also incredible, a short walk away from the main beach. They also booked me an airport transfer which was super easy and reliable.

Very good! Every Person very friendly. Room‘s clean, the area and the surroundings perfectly groomed. Buffet/available Food small but more than enough! As good as nothing to complain about!

The location was great. 10 minutes walk from the beach. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop bringing us directly to Palma in 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the separation between the family area and the adult only area.

“A jewel for families with children.”

Staff is very friendly, from the cleaning lady untill the animation team. People are happy to work there and the guests notice this. Room is relative small, but offers all you need for a beach vacation. Food is good, well sorted buffet for breakfast and dinner. Well maintained rooms and facilities, everything clean. The water at the nearby beach is very shallow for the first 30-40 meters, which our kids enjoyed a lot.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The entire hotel staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to the Kids Club team, who were absolutely the best! Their kindness, energy, creativity, and genuine care for the children made our vacation even more enjoyable. “We will be back for Tino Time next year.”

Pirate ship splash pool, family pool, animation team & aorganised ctivities were great. Patticularly loved the aqua aerobics & our 2yr old enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially Tino the penguin! Food was good and they had decent options for kids (and plenty of high chairs). The playground was good, and the kids club was popular - we supervised our son using their toys in the baby room most mornings. We will probably book all inclusive instead of half board next time. 30mins from airport too (& hotel sort airport transfer with Car seat too).

Great hotel, new bars, pools and refurbished rooms were all great. This was our 4th stay and won't be our last.

There was no balcony to sit outside in the evenings.

“Family friendly hotel with activities and nice kids pools but awful food”

The hotel gardens and pools were the reason why we chose this place and they were good. Not as beautiful as in the pictures but they didn’t disappoint us. The hotel has probably the most greenery in the area which was a nice little detail. Hotel bars were great! Breakfast was decent but nothing fancy. The rooms are decent size and have comfortable beds. The hotel staff is really energetic and involved.

I had a disappointing experience that left me truly dissatisfied, especially after traveling from another country in search of good hospitality and fresh food. While the premises looked inviting, the management was unprofessional. During my visit, I discovered a large insect in my salad, which was mixed in with the dressing. The management's reaction to this issue was concerning; they seemed indifferent and simply suggested I cancel my order. I will let the photos speak for themselves regarding this experience.

I liked the shower and the TV selection. The shower was very nice, and there were many programs available on the TV, which made the stay more enjoyable.
