The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from. The hotel was quiet and it was easy to get sun loungers every day.

“A wonderful hotel in a perfect location !”

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel as we have stayed several times and we always have a wonderful time. The location and beautiful sea views are amazing. The staff are always polite, efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast and buffet evening dinner always have a huge choice and the food trays are always topped up. There are lots of restaurant staff constantly and efficiently clearing away the tables so you never have to wait for an available table. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room/bathroom spotless. The swimming pool has lots of sun loungers if you don’t want to go down to the beautiful beach (which is literally only a 2-minute walk away). The hotel is one road back from the main boulevard with all the shops, bars and restaurants, but it is really quiet so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

“Lovely hotel - great location”

We have returned to this hotel several times as it ticks all of the boxes for us. We stayed in room 410 which overlooks the sea. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten as it is right in the middle of the Boulevard which has all the shops, cafés, restaurants and bars (but thankfully no nightclubs to disturb the peace !) and a few steps to the beach so you don’t need a car. All the staff are simply amazing and hard working and efficient and are an asset to this hotel chain. The buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal offer a huge variety and there are always enough free tables so you don’t have to wait.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this hotel and each time we are always happy to be back. The location is excellent - just a few steps from the main boulevard with all the shops, restaurants, bars and the wonderful beach. The hotel is very well run by the staff - who are incredibly friendly and polite. Check-in is very quick and efficient. The buffet breakfast and evening meal is very varied and relaxed and food is kept topped-up. The swimming pool and poolside seating area is lovely. The rooms facing the sea have everything you need. There is a fridge and a safety box. The aircon works very well and the rooms are not noisy. The housekeeping staff keep the hotel and rooms very clean.

This is the second time this year that we have stayed in this hotel as we enjoyed it so much when we stayed back in June. The hotel is in an excellent location just a few metres from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop so we did not need a car. We stayed in a twin room (403) with sea view from 29 Oct-3 Nov. The room has good aircon and a mini fridge and was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold. We had half-board and the evening buffet also had a huge choice. The wifi worked very well. Palma airport is about 30 mins taxi ride and cost us €45 (you can get a bus in the summer months).
