Katia the owner was a chatter box and welcomed us very warmly...provided a "drink on the house" whilst room was being finished off. Staff always to hand to help with Stephens wheelchair whenever we needed to come into the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Excellent media pension Evening Meal ...Food was shot hot hot as it should be.. Drinks were Cold as they should be too.

Very well located, staff were amazing. They have a restaurant that serves the best paella I ever had.

Stayed in a junior suit, quite a reasonable space with a lounge, double bedroom and good size bathroom/shower facility. Breakfasts brilliant as always. Staff welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food brilliant compared to most local places who all do very much the same offerings. Fish particularly good and the grilled sole was brilliant. Drinks are a very reasonable price ad good selection of wines.

We had a suite and the beds where very comfortable aircon in the living room dehumidifier in the bedroom and it kept cool

Nice and peaceful family hotel. Nice and clean room with a lovely garden . Everyone does there best to make you feel at home. That is why I came again to this hotel. Very good location near restaurants,beach,busstop. Every morning good breakfast. Thank you Katia and family and the ladies from the cleaning to make my stay very pleasant.

The hotel was in a central location and the rooms were well presented with lovely balcony and garden, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were really friendly

“Peguera”

Lovely family run hotel. There are a few issues that need to be looked at. Room 14 the door to the apartment is very tricky to open and lock. Whilst having our evening meals we advised one of the staff that a gentleman on the next table was smoking. He shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. On.leaving I was presented with the bill hoping to pay by the card attached to my phone. I was told that the terminal did not work for this and did I have the physical card. Also the fridge in the room did not work. The above did not affect our stay but need looking at.

“Excellent location and helpful staff with free parking neaby”

The staff were helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed and there was still someone there to make sure I could check-in when I finally arrived. The hotel is only 150-200 yards from Palmira beach, with two other beaches (Tora and Romana) within walking distance from there. They provided a good continental breakfast and the evening meals were of a high standard. There is free parking close to the hotel and easy access to the motorway for day trips further afield.

Clean and good location Cleaning staff very friendly

One of the best dinners on the Island I could say. Everything was very good from starters to deserts. Also very lovely waitresses and one a week a live music.

Super lovely and attentive staff, loved having half board included which includes breakfast AND dinner. Good sized rooms, great location, very welcoming vibe. Daily housekeeping.

Short walking distance to the beach. Neat bed linen. Beautiful courtyard plants.
