Clean .Everything you need for slef catering. Pool ideal for children and seperate one for swimmers. 5 min walk I'm t9 town . Very quiet. Very family friendly. Beautifully apartment we had one at bottom and we loved it . The family ran home from home is ideal for a week or more to enjoy a well rested holiday . Pool Very clean . Owners are fantastic. We will be back

Loved the large balcony. Beds very comfortable. New shower perfect. Perfect location 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. James and family very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Very quiet area.

“A delightful family run relaxing Apartment block Centrally located for a laid back stay in Paguera.”
Fantastic sized apartment, beautiful view of pool, lovely balcony, well appointed kitchen with all appliances needed for cooking, comfy beds, spotlessly clean. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, especially James junior. Lidl and Mercado supermarket very close and town walking distance. Pool was quiet and clean with a nice pool bar and just overall a really relaxing stay.

It's a very nice family owned hotel in a calm area. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi works very well. The location is very good. You can park for free on the street, where the hotel is located. The owners are really kind, friendly and helpful.

“A lovely short break …we will be back !!”
The apartments were in a quieter, more residential green area in the hills. It was a lovely retreat every day after a busy beach. The apartment itself was very spacious and well contained with everything we needed. The family that run it are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Charming self contained family rin hotel A home away from home, we were very comfortable beautiful large private deck area overlooking pool. Mini shop very reasonably priced so no carrying water back. Beach and supermarket 8 minute walk away. James Snr and Jnr were so nice and helpful. Nice filter coffee maker in apartment kitchen . Sunbeds plentiful even in high season . I can see why people return year after year

The location was great, just few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, shops. It was very quiet in the evenings/nights. The appartment had everything we needed for a 1- week stay. We have just rented additionally a fan since it was quite hot few nights. We have rented a car to explore other parts of Mallorca and always found a parking place on the street next to accomodation. The hosts are very nice, friendly and giving very good tips for the places to visit or routes to take. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment, it has all the basics you need and it was pleasant to stay. Not too far from the city centre and the beach, about 8-10 minutes walking.
