“One night in the springs!”
Staff were patient & helpful. Location was easy to reach. We loved the bath house. The hot tub was my favourite. Loved the tree shaded setting. The pool was also enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations!

“Disappointing experience - not what we were expecting - especially no shade around the main pool”
We booked 2 nights over the last May weekend. The motel is well located and is a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Pagosa Springs and opposite The Springs Resort (see below). The room size was good and the 2 queen beds and pillows were comfortable.

“Pleasant but dated property with thermal pools - okay for a short stay.”
Room was quite spacious and very quiet.. Bed and bedding were very nice as well. Thermal pool was pleasant and soothing. Front desk folks were very accommodating and friendly.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Enjoyed some conversations with them. Useful recommendation for restaurant. Tried the indoor hot springs - a new experience for me. Glad I experimented.

“This is the place to stay when in Pagosa Springs!”
The natural thermal pools were the best! We have traveled across the US in search of the best thermal waters, and this is one of the best! Certainly the best value for the money! Our room was quite adequate and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and location superb.
