“Nice hosts”

Welcoming and its location out of town centre yet still close to amenities. Excellent complimentary breakfast in a lobby that has obviously been thought about to be practical and comfortable. Room spacious and comfortable.

“Nice hotel in quaint and picturesque mountain town”
Nice hotel in quaint and picturesque mountain town. Stopped here for an overnight stay on a drive from Boulder to The Grand Canyon. a great rest stop in a fun little town. Comfortable room, quiet spot on the outskirts of town. Nice complementary breakfast! Rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and recommended great spots to eat and visit.

All went typically well EXCEPT for the interaction with one staffer. He refused to be helpful with a TV problem and even made up a tale of having to .”throw away” the set from my room because of the change in settings from the prior guest. Other inaccuracies occurred about programming. I fixed the problem on my own after receding such a response.

The room was very clean! Decor was a little dated, but no big deal - you're only there to sleep! Staff was friendly! Beds were comfortable! Free breakfast was good!!

“Great Value”
The staff made sure all was well with our stay. Friendly and helpful. I recommend this place and if I return to Pagosa will stay there again. Great value.
