“We had a brilliant 5 day stay no complaints from all 6 of our party and we all said we wouldn’t hesitate to book again .”
Absolutely everything,from the room we had ,the restaurant where we ate the food was as good if not better then the couple of restaurants we tried ,all freshly cooked ,Breakfast again no complaints loads of options ,the staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for them ,very friendly .

“Pleasant time in hotel Kaiserpfalz Elsen-Paderborn”
The hotel was in a great location allowing easy travel options into Paderborn or other towns in the area. Check in was easy as was check out and the breakfast everyday was plentiful and tasty. The restaurant food in the evening was very nice as was the beer. Very friendly staff.

Great customer service attitude. Late arrival but bar was still open (for me). In case of late arrival arrangements are made and send by mail how to retrieve key later in the night. Cozy breakfast atmosphere.
