One of the few remaining old buildings in the comprehensively bombed city of Paderborn. This is a really well-run hotel, with lovely rooms, a gallery in the stair well, a nice lounge area, and a great restaurant. The hotel faces out onto a park where the Pader river starts in a spring. The staff were great, the food was good, would stay again if I ever went to back Paderborn.

One of the most beautiful buildings in the centre of Paderborn, located right in front of a manicured square that contains some of the springs that are the source of the River Pader. The rooms are well decorated, stylish and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there’s so many other essential amenities very close by. The location was lovely, overlooking a river and park and close to the old part of Paderborn. Parking was available (€10) close to the hotel.

Lovely old building in the heart of Paderborn. Breakfast was very tasty - a typical Continental selection of tasty meats and cheeses, well worth the extra charge. The room was a very good size, exceptionally clean and contemporary. Staff were very friendly and helpful - language barrier was not an issue.
