I love the location, just beside the lake. We stayed at the house overseeing the lake. Very relax, can listen to wave sound waking me up.

“Small Apartment, terrible wifi, pay extra for fresh towels or cleaning room :(”
The apartment was extermely dated, very small, the wifi was terrible and you had to pay extra for fresh towels or to clean the room. The cost wast hat of a 4 or 5 star hotel but its no way near!

“Youth hostel service at hotel prices”
The views are beautiful, the building is magnificent and so are the grounds. The pool is clean and the whole place is generally peaceful. There is a lovely tapas restaurant nearby which we are at more than once.

Amazing location right in front of the lake and in walking distance from some good restaurants and cafes. Very nice park with plenty of space to relax and tan. The hotel definitely has a lot of potential which unfortunately is not matched by the quality of the rooms.

The location is just marvellous. You are exactly on the lake staying in a sort of modern castle with lush greenery and private parking. The restaurant is simply fantastic even though slightly expensive but it is to be expected when you are dining in such a scenery and place. The room also had a kitchen. They also did some clothes washing for me which were returned in good time.

“Overall, a lovely place!”
Location: superb; on the lake, easy to reach from Desenzano, easy to travel from there to Milan or Venice/Verona. Swimming pool was lovely! The beach was also nice; managed to swim in the lake. They offered boat trips, and trips from the harbour around the lake. Nearby amenities were ok (supermarket in 2.5 km) and bus stop facing the hotel. We didn't have a car.

Wonderful location right by the lake and super friendly staff. Swimming pool area is also very nice and perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
