My family and I have stayed several times at Zen Inn on our way to the Gilis. We love the friendly staff who greet us so warmly. The rooms are just lovely and equipped with everything for our stay. Close to fast ferry. Lovely staff, perfect for a short stop over. We checked in after 11pm and the staff opened the Kitchen for us just so we could eat dinner.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Bali before catching the boat to Gili, and it was perfect! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also in a great location — very close to the harbour, which made our transfer super easy. Would definitely recommend for a convenient and relaxing stopover!

“Its terrible.”

Its terrible. We booked our accommodation on Booking.com and clearly called the hotel in advance to request a pickup, even informing them of our flight arrival time. However, when we arrived by taxi, the hotel was closed. The taxi driver and local merchants called and asked around, but the hotel was still closed. We waited for about an hour before finally booking another hotel with cash and arriving at our new accommodation after 2 a.m. This was the first day of my trip, and it was very late. The hotel and Booking.com, which brokered this, should not only refund me the accommodation, but also take responsibility for the voucher and the cost of the accommodation I booked so suddenly in the early morning.

I spend in zenn Inn 2nights before going to gili and 1night when returned and cant say enough good things about this place. Staff are really nice and room is very clean with good ac and 4pacs of instant coffee to make. I cut myself before going to gili and they fix my finger like a nurse 😊 see you next time.

Good sized room with private shower and garden. Located very close to ferry port and a few nice beaches. Staff were really friendly and helpful! If you are landing late and need to check in after closing time then message them for airport pick up and they will sort you a taxi!
