“Welcomed, short & sweet”

It was great for the pool and the room was spacious, aircon worked well and the family was friendly and accommodating I had a very special time specifically as I was there for ogoh ogoh parade and they shared food with me for Nyepi, they made sure I knew and had brought snacks beforehand and taught me so Balinese and Indonesian words, I did make the effort to talk to them too :) it was seperate enough to have my own space They also have options to do a private snorkelling for a reasonable price too

The family are fantastic, very friendly and the children are so much fun. The other guests made the experience great.

Nice home stay. Spacious room, good aircon and space to leave the luggage. We stayed a whole day there as it was Ñekpi and we couldn’t go outside and the family was very helpful and nice, and gave us some extra food as we didn’t bring much and we couldn’t leave the accomodation.

Cheap but nice. Close to padang bai dive spots without being in padang Bai

We stayed very well at Mimba Private house, a calm place really close to a beautiful White Beach, the traditional market and the Blu Lagoon. The family was very nice, the breakfast good and the children really enjoyed the pool!

What you have to remember is the price you are paying before you pick faults, the facilities may not be 5* but the family who own it are 10* there is a beautiful beach 10 mins walk, try to support local when you can

Beautiful house, accessible to the beach and downtown, as well as restaurants. We rented a motorcycle from the hostel for 75K a day and had a great time. The family was friendly, and the room was perfect with AC. 100% recommended.

I like this place, it is far from the center, close to a beautiful sandy beach, and there is also a good restaurant nearby. I recommend renting a scooter that the owner provides from his brother.

“Nice authentic balinese guest house”

The perfect place to recover after à long journey. Swimming pool surrounded by a zen luxuriant garden . Sweet smell from the frangipani flowers. The owner has organised all the pick-up for our travel to different place . I recommend for people who like traditional balinese house

For the price I paid it was good. Really simple. Staff is nice and breakfast is included. Shower was not really with a lot of pressure but still enough.

Great price, and perfect for 1 night stay while waiting for the ferry to the islands

“Good for one night”

The owner and his family are very welcoming. As far as I know, I was the only guest. It was nice and quiet and the area is pleasant as well. The room is very spacious and the breakfast was delicious. As the port is a bit far and sometimes uphill (15min) - they took me by motorcycle even very early in the morning :)

The fact it was a stone throw away from the amazing secret beach a must visit And also the port location to gili islands and for the price can't complain

- A/C - very good accomodation for the paid price - the cat was very cute, it wanted to cuddle all time

I enjoyed relaxing in the pool, the family here were very friendly and helpful. Also it was a nice walk into town and very interesting meeting the friendly local people. I highly recommend it was so much fun.
