“Good”
It was available last minute due to unexpected change of plans, which was good. Nice spot. Ok for the one night and close to where we had to be. Restauraunt was good too. Very helpful staff. Lots of places to get food within walking distance.

“I wasted my money, due to unable to sleep there.”
There is no signage of the hotel from the main road, and there are some turns / public road to go there.In fact, I have to stop my bike and asked the people where the hotel is. Actually the hotel is located near by the harbour.

“Kerti Beach Bungalow”
Staff are helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to organise taxis and ferries to other places for a good price. Great place to stay for a couple of nights before you head off to Gili Islands. I originally booked a bamboo hut but changed as the superior room wasn't much more expensive and had air con. Room was clean. Good value for money. Two lovely beaches within walking distance.

“No swimming pool. Construction on site.”
Location. We had two rooms facing the waterfront. As a result we literally had our private patio on the sevond floor with two rooms facing it and the very nice bay view.

Great location right across the road from the beach. Staff helped us with our bags up the steep stairs. Aircon worked well. Nice view from the breakfast room (up very steep stairs).

“Great hotel for short stays”
We had to book the hotel because we were left stranded in Padang Bai. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The room with sea view was amazing.
