Great location right in the city centre, with easy access to restaurants and transport. We were upgraded to a front-facing room with a large glass front, however unfortunately it was very hot and quite noisy, as right in a main road. But the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for food and transport, and kindly storing our bags for a week while we travelled around the area.

“Good stay in Padang”
The staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful when we had any questions. As the hotel is along a busy street, we were a bit worried. However, it was very quiet and we slept well. The wifi worked well most of the time. Telkomsel sim card also works, so it is fine to do remote work. Shower with hot water. If you need a hairdryer, ask at the reception.

The breakfast has enough spread for guests (scramble eggs, bread, steamed sweet potato, chicken porridge, fruits, nasi goreng with veggie and fried chicken). Hair dryer is available upon request. Quick response for maintenance officer to fix the television. Wi fi is super-fast.

“Visit Padang, Stay At Amaris Padang jn”
This is my first time visiting West Sumatra. One of the cities I visited was the city of Padang. while in Padang I stayed at @amarishotelpadang by @amarishotels The hotel location is very strategic in the city center. Nice hotel, friendly service, affordable prices and delicious breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended for those of you who will visit Padang.
