Ok for overnite stay, good location, plenty of street parking, 24 hr reception. Perfectly adequate room clean & tidy,including water. Plenty of eating places, had a great dinner at a Chinese restaurant opposite & 50 mtrs. to the right. The fish Golden Pomfret was extremely sadap.

It had what we needed for an overnight stop before early Morning ferry to Tioman - shower, bed, etc. location is 5 mins walk from jetty.

The AC worked, close to the pier, room was okay size, local restaurants nearby and an ATM about 10 min walk away at Petronas (do NOT use the one across the street).
