“A cheap stay, but you get what you pay for”
Very cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Nice views over the town and a nice hanging chair to relax in. Comfy bed and 2 big pillows. Nice communal kitchen area with tea/coffee and water.

“Rooms are basic, location is convenient. Good for a short, last-minute stay.”
Stayed one night and booked last minute. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they messaged with clear arrival instructions, which was helpful since the homestay is in a village. Location is 6-10mins away from Arked Padang Besar and KTM station, about RM10 by Grab.

“A quiet location within walking distance of the town.”
The room was quite small but comfortable with a hairdryer, iron and fridge. The shower was excellent. Filtered water was provided in the communal sitting/eating area just outside the room. The machine also had a boiler so we could make our own tea and coffee (which was also provided).The place is in a quiet, residential area with a lovely view over the trees towards the mountains but we could also walk down to the shops and market in about 15minutes.

“Great Value Choice Near the Border”
If you have business near the border and want to save on accommodation costs, this is a very good choice. The hotel staff are very friendly, and coffee is provided for free. Considering the hotel price, I think it is overall excellent.

“Excellent stay”
Near to Padang Besar boarder gate. Staff is friendly and they provide us with mini pantry and a dining table outside the room which is good..Boleh borak2 dekat luar dan plan perjalanan.
