“Its a pity tht it is not managed probably”
Kitchen, sink & toilets are very dirty. Big black ants marching in troops, spider web can be seen easily. No toilet roll in the toilets. Leaking sink, dirty water dripping onto your feet as you brush teeth. The living room and one of the 1st floor back room are not air-conditioned. What most disgusting is the room which has AC was having very strong urine stench. As if you enter a very dirty public toilet. We have no other alternative as it was around 1am when we found out the issue. We have to resolve the issue by squeezing ourselves into the master bedroom as the other room has no air-cond.

Owner and manager are helpful and informative. Gave me contact for rental car. Easy check-in & check-out with security box. New place, basic facilities and comfortable. Can cook with the stove, fridge & basic utensils.

water pressure too slow. No water heater in all bathroom. no aircond in main hall. guess have to collect waste & rubbish then put on the parking area. if not deposit will burn. okla but dont expect too much from here.
