So much choice at breakfast - marvellous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and pool. Very luxurious and interesting building and gardens with lots of different places to relax. Spa was good too.

I do like this hotel however the hotel lobby was quite large, larger than any hotels I’ve stayed and the location of the room from the lobby was quite distant and to be honest I had problem finding the elevator to my room because it was quite far from the lobby I had to ask staff a few times how to locate it

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Facilities are great for kids and the elderly. We loved the golf simulator and karaoke combo. The activities area in the convention centre is such a bonus. Food at breakfast was great!!

The staffs/ hospitality, the facilities, and the breakfast

The guest officer, Raidita, made an effort to process early check- in , although it was one of two rooms. The communication was smooth between the guest and Guest Officer. It is spacious and bright. The hotel managed to keep away smoking air from the compound.

The smell. The whole hotel smells fresh all the time. The children facilities will keep the kids very happy. The staffs were so polite & helpful. Breakfast spread was extensive.

“Fantastic Stay with Family!”

I had travelled with my infants, wife, and parents to the Hotel and we all had a great time. Some things to call out: - It was my birthday, so I had just planned a stay with my family. But little did I know that my wife had teamed up with the hotel staff to plan a Birthday surprise. - When I came into the room was all decorated, and it made me feel great on the special day. - Kudos to the staff and especially mbak Iyang for all the arrangements, providing us with complimentary pick up and drop off, decorations, and the cake. Furthermore, in general, the property is spacious, green, and kid-friendly with multiple options to keep your little ones engaged. We were even provided with a baby cot for our kid to sleep in. Along with that, the food is awesome in all the restaurants in the hotel. My parents, who haven't had Chinese food a lot, were delighted by the flavourful food at the Canton restaurant. All in all, it was a memorable stay at the hotel. I would have given 9.5 in rating but only had 9 or 10 as an option : )

The check in and room service was efficient. Everything else was perfect. I love everything about the hotel. Huge breakfast spread, the great amenities for both adult and kids.
