“Fantastic villa for 2, great location for beach access.”

Air conditioning was great after hot weather, the pool was lovely but a little cold (which was nice and refreshing in 30º weather). The villa has great facilities - coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board, vacuum. The property was better than expected, the location is brilliant for beach access but for tourist sightseeing it means everything is 30-60 minutes away, which is alright as long as you have a rental car. I would suggest, if staying here, either accept that you'll be at the beach most days (€20-30 per day hire for an umbrella/parasol and sunloungers), or make sure you have a rental car to explore places like Marzamemi, Syracusa/Ortigia, Noto, Taormina, Messina. On our second day we woke up to a power cut, which was caused by the central board blowing, amazingly we were back up and running within a couple of hours and Donatella was great with communicating what was going on. (The photos I provided were at the end of our stay, there are 2 beds, one upstairs and one downstairs (they are not separated by any walls, just a staircase). Beds were comfortable with memory foam mattress/pillows.

Lovely, stylish accommodation with a wonderful garden and pool, just a few kilometres away from the local town and only 5 minutes from the lovely beach. Another bonus was the 'Mallia' ice cream van that came round daily, and the BBQ in the garden! Our hosts were very friendly, hospitable and readily available if required, as was Donatella, our main point of contact. We had a great time, thank you so much!

Lovely pool! 2 minute walk to the beautiful San Lorenzo beach and a short drive to some beautiful towns, like Noto, Marzamemi, Ragusa, Modica, Syracuse. Wonderful area.
