Great location, nice and quiet and a short drive from all the main beaches/fishing villages. Ionna and Crissa were very welcoming and made sure our every need was met. Breakfast was delicious, and Athena the hotel cat was the cutest!!

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! Unfortunately, there were multiple things that went wrong during our stay at the hotel, and the whole experience was honestly disappointing and absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. We had informed the hotel about our late check-in, but when we arrived at the hotel, the reception was closed and we had to wait for more than 40 minutes at 1 in the morning to be let in. We called more than 10 times, but no one answered - we almost had to break down the door to wake up the receptionist. The breakfast was terribly organised - the food ran out multiple times, and people had to wait for a long time for the food to be brought again. The rooms are not renovated, and the photos on your webpage use pieces of furniture from the reception and not the actual ones in the rooms. The employees were not apologetic in the slightest and claimed that none of the above was their fault, which was unacceptable. The hotel is greatly understaffed as only two people are running the whole establishment. All in all, the attitude of the staff as well as the owner was unacceptable, and I urge everyone considering staying at this hotel not to do so.

Location is great, car necessary! easy to reach popular beaches, just a short drive, very friendly and helpful personal, bus stop nearby too, clean, nice room, good breakfast

Unit#1 was an efficient layout with a small back outdoor space with a table/4 chairs which had a sea view. Daily cleaning which was appreciated. The main bedroom was upstairs -- AC was quick to cool the whole unit. The continental breakfast was amazing - elegantly presented and everything you could want including freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was easy to access everything (by car) but also quiet, rural, by the seaside. The apartment had an easy walk to the caves and swimming nearby -- but get out and take a memorable boat tour! The host was very kind and welcoming.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing sea views. This place was outstanding - located right next to a beautiful, quite beach- the views are really stunning. The rooms are stylishly decorated and are cleaned daily and the sheets are changed daily too - this is a great bonus. the breakfast is so delicious and cooked daily with fresh ingredients, there is so much choice too (like 4 kinds of milk (one is vegan), everything is very thoughtful and considered. Our kids are fussy eaters, but the breakfast was their daily highlight. The couple that run the hotel are so lovely and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great communication with Ilias , at the checkin we got a welcome bottle of water ( the water is not drinkable on the island). The hotel has a great space for parking, The breakfast is complete and good. The hotel is 6 min by car to Pollonia, great place for restaurants, and around 12/16 min by car to Adamas and Plaka, great for sunset, restaurants and markets.

the location was perfect as a base for exploring Milos. (you need to rent your own transport to get to multiple beaches, sights and eating at great restaurants) the staff at AvraP were very helpful and responsive for all our enquiries. our room had spectacular views and was very comfortable to stay in. we will stay here the next time we come to Milos!
