“IMPRESSED”
We loved every moment. An hour drive away from home but once there we felt that we were hours away in the middle of the Boland. It was so peaceful and with its beautiful surroundings one just had the opportunity to relax and rest without any disturbances. The walks were lovely and all the necessities where on hand. Lovely relaxing pool too and would love to visit again.

“Amazing, peaceful, beautiful and almost in the city”
It was amazing to have a peaceful farm experience, almost in the city! Modderkloof is a beautiful working farm and we loved staying there. We walked for miles through the orchards, loved the company of the friendly dogs and marvelled at the beautiful gardens and trees. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The aircon in Paarl was a necessity, and we were very thankful for it. So was the wonderfully cool water of the swimming pool! I will definitely recommend Modderkloof to any Paarl visitor.

Ons is mal oor die plaas atmosfeer. Soveel spasie en soveel ruimte , kamers, kombuis alles was soos ons gehoop het dit gaan wees. Baie lekker location. Ons was mal daaroor. Sal dit weer en weer en weer aanbeveel. Kamers het aircon wat ook baie gerieflik was. Ons het gebraai en lekker ontspan op hulle groot stoep. Nogmaal baie dankie.

“A truly memorable stay with lovely people”
We LOVED it there. Can’t recommend it enough. There was such a warm welcome from the amazing hosts who paid so much attention to detail with a bottle of wine, oil and salt …a tour of the wonderful area with their son Donovan, the remote location and of course the animals, mountains and dams. One of the most memorable places we have visited and we travel a lot Thanks so much to the wonderful hosts
