“Authentic experience, beautiful historic venue and kind and accommodating staff .”

When we arrived, i found out I had booked a week later than our actual arrival date. Despite this the staff had us checked in , in an hour and gave us an upgrade. The food, staff and ambiance of the place was superb. We took a talk through the vines and met the actual wine farmer and had a lovely chat. Its such an authentic place and not at all pretentious or corporate. I would highly recommend staying here. Besides that the place itself and the views are just stunning! The rooms were also spacious and had beautiful views of the mountain and vineyards. We had a wonderful experience.

We had high expectations for our stay at Laborie, given its reputation, but unfortunately the experience fell short of what we anticipated. A few issues made our stay less comfortable than it should have been. The heated towel rail in our room was not functioning, which was particularly frustrating because of the cold mornings. The WiFi for TV and /internet reception was also very poor throughout our stay.. Breakfast was perhaps the biggest disappointment…we waited 45 minutes to be served, which is simply not acceptable for an establishment of this standard. It left a sour note on what should have been a relaxed morning. Laborie has so much potential and the setting is beautiful, but the experience needs to match the surroundings. We hope these issues are addressed, as we would love to return with more confidence in the service.

We had such a wonderful stay! The check-in process was really smooth, and we absolutely loved our room. The bed was super comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh water provided daily and complimentary access to everything in the mini fridge. These small details made our stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delicious every single day, with so many options to choose from. We also loved exploring the estate. It was beautifully maintained, with two different restaurants, picnic options, and even a little farm grocery. The pool was another highlight for us. It was gorgeous, and having a pool bar right there made it even more enjoyable. Honestly, there was very little we didn’t love. Everything exceeded our expectations. Between the stunning views, the relaxing atmosphere, and the delicious food, this was the perfect mini-moon escape. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
