It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are large, yet cozy, and well/thoughtfully appointed. We all slept like angels and woke to a beautiful breakfast spread.

“Amazing weekend get away in the lovely countryside of Piemont”

The ambiente was so lovely. We brought our dog and she could run in the big garden while we enjoyed the fantastic view. The host Anastassia was very kind and welcoming.

The rooms and the whole stay are amazingly beautiful. The owner is so lovely, she even helped us out with an issue late at night which were are really thankfull for. The breakfast is amazing, the croissants were one of the best ai ever had. If you need some restaurant recommendations she is very happy to help and make a reservation for you.

“A comfortable stopover”

There's not a lot on offer in this little hilltop town, but this B&B has great views, is very comfortable and offers a great breakfast. It was a good stop over for us on our way to the western end of Piemonte

“Arrogant and disrespectful owners ruin a nice place”

I had the most surprisingly bad experience I’ve had with a booking. I called the property I had booked through your service three times to let them know I would have arrived late. They said it was fine. The last time I called they mentioned they were closing shortly but did not in any way tell me they would not allow me to enter the property. Apparently their normal closing time is 11:30 pm. We arrived at the property at 12am, half an hour later. Even though I had spoken to them three times letting them know I was arriving late, even though they had my number, they chose to behave in a disrespectful manner. They ignored our ringing. They avoided opening the door. They basically STOLE our fully paid fee. If this is the kind of experiences booking.con offers you will not see me using your online platform again. I hope your company does the right thing by reimbursing my payment immediately and reprimand the property’s shameful behavior. The B&B is La Corte delle 4 Stagioni. I had to get another hotel room at the last minute as my wife and I were left stranded in the street. I have the receipt of that and I can share that as proof. I look forward to hearing from one of your representatives with details of a refund as soon as possible. Thank you //// Beware of this property!! They behaved as thieves!!! I had a booking, called three times to let them know we would be arriving late and we did get there half an hour after their usual closing time. They didn’t open the door to us!!! We had to get another hotel at the last minute even though we had already paid in full. They had my number, they could have called me or told me when I spoke with them to warn of our late arrival. They took our money and behaved una shameful manner. /// The point is the property owners knew well I had had a problem and I would have been arriving late.
