“Modern, spacious and spotless”
It was very clean and tidy room which is updated and modern decor plus very spacious! We would be happier if breakfast includes Western style meals such as bread and cereal. Other than that, we are very happy with the quality and the service.

Good hotel. The location is not the easiest to access via public transport however, it is possible and worthwhile for the price we paid. The room was clean and the staff were excellent.

“Great location and price”
Very friendly staff. Early check in at 12 and check out at 11. Large comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower pressure. Free parking with easy access in and out. Fridge, kettle. You can get extra towels and other amenities from stations next to the elevator. Free drinks - alcoholic, soft and coffee and tea - every evening! Location is perfect for visiting Aso and Takachiho. Several supermarkets nearby with fantastic fresh sushi! Breakfast is extra, it is not gourmet, but it is very good and satisfying with a variety of Japanese options and fewer Western ones, but when in Japan try the local food! Excellent value.

“Excellent experience with competitive price”
The room is quit spacious (much more than average in Japan), and the environment is clean. The bed is larger than averaging, which makes the stay very comfortable. The breakfast has wide range of choice and all of them are delicious. The location is nice for driving that don't need to go into the downtown.
