“Good nights rest”
The room was clean, spacious, and warm during the snowstorm. Very quiet. Slept good the entire night. I would stay again.

“Wonderful experience! From the breakfast to the staff, to the comfy bed and blankets. A+”
Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing! From housekeeping, maintenence, to front desk and owners. They were were all amazing and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely where I will stay every time I visit Ozark!!!! Even did a little photo shoot with my children and new grandson on site. And the white quilted blanket on the beds are to die for! Myself and my 15 year old were actually sad to leave those blankets behind!!!

“Never again. Should have drove home 4 hours at midnight.”
Overpriced overall. No elevators, room smelled, air was off in over 100 degree weather and after setting it on high we sweat all night. Filthy. There were multiple entrances that were not locked at night with at least one having the entire lock out of it therefore there was a hole there. No staff in sight after midnight and we just walked in. Did not feel safe and almost left quite a few times.

“Stinky”
Dirty room. Smelled like cigarettes and mildew. Unable to change rooms due to being full but there was 6 cars in parking lot. Breakfast was warmed up in tuberware in microwave assumingly from yesterday's left overs

No bugs in bed or room, which is my main worry of travel. That we don't encounter bedbugs or lice, pool was clean not crowded. My daughter loved the waffle maker. Liked I could see my vehicle from the window. We were on top floor. Within 25 mins to my destination. Cheaper than others I found.
