My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the very first moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, with great attention to detail from the housekeeping team. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the outstanding reception service. Always smiling, professional, and extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and made me feel truly valued as guest. If I ever have the chance to go back to Oz, I will definitely choose Timberlodge.

We arrived late after the reception was closed. I need to highlight excellent communication with Robin in the morning. He was super helpful, very kind and so nice to talk to. Waking up in the morning with that beautiful mountain view…amazing value for the money

The location is fascinating and it will definitely take your breath away with the view. The receptionist lady is amazing and super helpful in any way she could have been. Really cool pool, but might be a bit cold for some people. We stayed really happy from the stay

The heating in the room should be improved. When you get wet there is no chance to get dry for next morning. Heating is controlled from reception and for me was set very low, the lights in the room are very poor and breakfast very limited. Apart of that it was good stay.

The property was clean and did the job. The facilities were also clean and quiet most of the time. All staff were lovely and could speak English.
