Very comfortable house with 2 nice bedrooms. Lucy at the reception office did an amazing job of letting us know about late check in details and everything else.

We had a really pleasant stay at this vacation home in Oxnard. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and well equipped with everything you need. It’s a two-story home with two bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a grill, which made it great for relaxed evenings. It’s an older, classic American-style house, but comfortable and well maintained. The host and reception team were very friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent throughout our stay — whenever we had a question, we received quick and professional responses. The beach is just a short walk away, and the whole area is part of a lovely, well-kept complex. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. Overall, a very good stay and definitely recommendable.

We are travelling with a child so it would be wonderful to add baby crib as an additional opportunity to order. But the size of the bad was brilliant so we managed to have a rest and the stay went wonderful!

“For people who enjoy beach walks”

It was good value for money. There was plenty of room for a couple, and it was a stone throw from the beach. The bed was slightly too soft for my taste, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great - a few minutes walk from the beach. Property came with a washing machine and tumble dryer and private yard with a hot tub. Staff were friendly and we appreciated the free popcorn in the afternoon and loan of beach toys.

Our bed was real wet at the feet for some reason had to put extra cover, we got back in the unit late in the evening to call anyone and office was close. Next morning showed the cleaning crew and let the receptionist know. All the receptionist said ohh we are sorry I will report it thank you.

Great location. Easy to get to and from all the places I wanted to go in the surrounding area. Very close to the beach--something I really appreciated. Good kitchen. Better than staying at a hotel.

“Better than expected”

This property was good. Two floors - two double bedrooms upstairs, with a sofa bed in the living area downstairs - plus the bonus of a hot-tub. Beds were comfy and property was quiet. Reception staff were great (thank you). It is part of a group of houses that form an internal gated courtyard, with a parking space for each. Overall, we really liked it.

Facilities, staff, location. The fact you could borrow sand toys and chairs to take to the beach. The jacuzzi.
