“No customer support at all.”
During our whole stay the Internet did not work. Internet was one of the key factors to book an accomodation. Although the owner knew that it did not work. Badly that we havenot been informed at the begin of our stay. Even worse the problem was not solved during our stay. Neither the owner gave us the feeling that he cares nor did he approach us with any offer to make us feel better, e.g. price reduction. This gave us a bad feeling. As soon as we have payed he did not care at all. Therefor I could recommed the location but not the service.
