Perfectly clean, tidy. Shutter blinds block out sun for good sleep. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Definitely worth up to £90 for 1 night.

Excellent big and stylish room. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Big TV. Free parking on the road right in front of the house. Perfect communication and dead easy check in. I did not expect this kind of room for the kind of money I paid. The only downside (and probably the reason for the low price) is the location. It's a quiet residential area but there is no shop or restaurant in walking distance (as far as we could figure out). But despite this we would come back any time.

Nice and clean, big room. Everything is new. Kettle with tea and coffee available. Easy check in and check out. I was very happy with my accommodation.

Booked as a stopover for 4 friends riding motorbikes on route and then returning from to Saxony. Four individual rooms (2 ground and two first floor) with room 2 on the ground floor having a nice little balcony. All rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with en suite bathrooms, tea and coffee, tv and as an added bonus, electric shutters on all windows. The host gave me the access codes to retrieve the keys (neat little electronic lock box) in plenty of time so getting in was easy. We had use of the drive for the bikes which was handy as on street parking is limited. The town is very quiet with as far as we could find, only a supermarket, and no restaurants or bars, but a short taxi ride to the next town, Overath and we found plenty. The Steinhof was especially good. Special thanks to Frank for keeping hold of my gloves which I left in the room on the way which were in the room on our return

Overall it was very efficient check in and check out, the rooms were clean, and fitted out to a high standard. For out purposes it was also very well located too.

Great and atmospheric room and clean bed and bathroom. The beds were well made and very beautiful colour which contributed to the comfort.

Douche was good. Room with waterboiler, coffee and tea.

Nice service, efficient communication in English.

The app. was very cold on arrival,the heating was not on! It took some hours to feel comfortable...

The room offered is super big, well arranged and very clean! Bathroom is also super clean. It's very easy to enter in the building and the room. I could park outside and did hot had any issues. It is necessary to have a car.
