Villa is in a great location, just far enough away from the noise of the main town. But close enough to walk into town easy enough. There is a taxi button just outside if you don’t want to walk. Katrina lives across the road and is on hand with any issues. She has great knowledge of the area and even gave us a bottle of tonic when we arrived to go with our gin. The villa has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. This is ideal for 2 families to have their separate space. The middle floor has a large kitchen/ dining and living area. The pool and garden is well maintained, the gardener comes every day to clean and water.

This villa is an absolute little gem of a find, a piece of pure luxury and tranquility off set with a mountain and palm tree back drop and the most stunning sunset views. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, had absolutely everything you need to make your stay so comfortable. Beds are super comfortable with crisp white linen. 4 rooms that are light and airy, all with air con and 2 with balcony’s, the lower level rooms has a lovely little utility area so handy. (First holiday ever coming home with all clean washing). Excellent strong WiFi throughout. Kitchen has everything you need to make fantastic family meals and a BBQ in the gardener. Most places deliver food shopping and take away meals. We had a beautiful Turkish breakfast deliver on our last day by Badem restaurant just down the road. Pool area is just stunning, so calm, quiet and relaxing with a perfect little garden for pictures. Fantastic quality furniture all in the bohemian/wood style.

The location is stunning, a 10 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful views, lovely garden/pool and very quiet and relaxed. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is decorated really well - welcome drinks in the fridge much appreciated!! Katrina was so friendly and helpful, arranged a great boat trip and provided some fantastic recommendations (Oldies Bar -live music and Mountain Valley - fantastic restaurant 2 min walk from villa) Thank you for a really great stay xx

Lovely accommodation and setting. Having some basic stores and water on arrival was really helpful. The lady across the road was brilliant and helped if we needed anything. Beautiful views and great facilities. Very clean.

“Absolutely stunning villa, with everything you could ask for!”

We have been coming to Ovavik for the last 10 years and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. We visited as 7 adults and had plenty of space. It was stunning both inside and out and had everything you could possibly ask for. It is even better in real life than the photographs. The bedrooms are large and airy and the downstairs ones keep nice and cool. The air con was excellent especially as it was around 34* during our stay. The bathrooms have beautiful rain showers and the lounge and kitchen are both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area caters for everyone with plenty of sun and shade, sun beds, a hammock and two lovely egg chairs with a lovely dining area and BBQ. The pool was very refreshing in the heat. Katrina who looks after the villa was really helpful and close at hand if we needed anything. There is a taxi call button directly opposite but it is only a 10 minute walk from the main strip and plenty of places locally to buy supplies. The welcome pack was a lovely addition when we arrived late at night. The area was lovely and quiet too. The owners were easy to contact and very accommodating. We are already planning a return trip next summer.

“Stunning villa, in a quiet location, a short drive from Olu Deniz”

We were met at the Villa and shown around the facilities by a lovely lady, Kathrin. A very well equipped property, spacious air conditioned through out, spotlessly clean. The pool area was cleaned every morning and lit up at night, with the backdrop of the Babadag mountain, it really looked spectacular. Taxi call button directly outside the villa, just press the button and a taxi arrives very promptly. A cheap and easy way to get around! The villa owner responded quickly to messages and gave us helpful information. Local supermarket within a 10 minute walk to stock up on all the basics. We very much look forward to returning to Villa Zalin another time.

The property was equipped with everything you needed, we even had complimentary drinks for when we arrived. I liked that the villa was gated, so it gave you some privacy and also felt secure. The neighbour holds the keys, and greets you to let you in. Very lovely lady who was English and has great knowledge of the area. The garden and pool area has a lovely bohemian feel. The sun hits the garden all day, and there is also adequate shade if needed. The gardener came every day to keep clean and tidy and also cleaned the pool. The view from the garden is great as you can see the sea, but also the mountain, it’s very peaceful and calming watching the paraglides coming down. The villa was very clean with a cool spacious feel. It’s spaced out on 3 levels. You come into a small hall, that has a shoe and coat wrack, this leads to both sets of stairs. Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and your washing machine and tumble dryer. There was also a hoover, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms, both with their own balconies with seating and mini tables. All bedrooms had aircon units. There was great storage in each bedroom, extra hooks and a good amount of plug sockets, which seems to be rare when you are abroad. There was also extra pillows provided. There was another balcony with an airer for drying. And then another bathroom. Each bathroom had hairdryers and there was enough towels for each person. Constant hot water and a great pressure to the showers. The toilets even had a tap to help you stay hygenic. The middle floor was the living room, dining area and kitchen. I liked the table had 8 chairs, as a lot of the villas we looked at slept 8, but didn’t have 8 of everything else. You can access Netflix on the tv which was good, and you had a great WiFi signal throughout the villa, which kept the kids happy. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook for yourselves. There was also salt and pepper, tin foil, bits like that provided.

Wow!Wow!Wow! Just back from a 5 night stay at Villa Zalin and would highly recommend. A fantastic property with everything you need. So spacious and spotlessly clean but it’s the garden and pool area that give it the extra Wow factor. Absolutely stunning views of the mountain and sea, thoroughly enjoyed watching the fantastic sunsets . 5-10 minutes walk into Hisaronu( taxi back 3 quid). Regular buses to Oludeniz which has loads of bars and great restaurants. If you like the best of both worlds this is definitely for you.
