“All you need if you travel with a dog.”

Mostly everything. Really nice place to stay. Owner and his son and their dogs are easy going. I liked the little park the house is in. You feel comfortable at once. All you need is in Ourville. The touristic side of the region is a little poor , you have to drive to cherbourg for all the WW2 memories but i was not there for that so all good. Calm region , lovely rough beaches at low tide. ( you have a tidal watch in the kitchen🫶). Sauna , Hamam and whirlpool , all you need.

The hosts were amazing, they made every effort to make our stay very pleasant, the villa and well maintained garden, everything clean and neat, modern and at the same time authentic, dogfriendly, the river through the garden, wonderful and clean private wellness,

Beautiful garden, small stream, lovely accommodation, warm welcome, jacuzzi and sauna... everything is perfect, but the house is located at the intersection of two busy roads, which unfortunately makes it very noisy.

“Very beautiful place, relaxing spa, spacious garden, perfect to stay with your dog!”

We had a wonderful time, Philippe made sure we had everything we needed. The garden is fenced all around so you can let your dog run around off the leash. The spa has a sauna, jacuzzi and hammam. We loved that you can reserve a 1.5 hour slot to have the spa privately. Very relaxing to go explore the coastal villages in the area during the day and then come home to a private spa in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location. Friendly hosts and dogs Roger and Leia and robot mower Jean Claude Jardin. Amazing spa. Free bikes and local off-road bike paths. Good close-by beaches and towns. Village has great bakery, butchers and shop.

“Exceptional”

The property is located in a very convenient location in a magnificent setting within walking distance of bakery, butchers and supermarket. The premises we stayed in, 1 bed house, was clean with modern facilities and appliances. It benefits from free use of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The accommodation has been thoughtfully modernised to provide the perfect stay.

Lovely appartement with great gardens and fantastic hosts. We all loved it, including our dog!

The villa will take a special place in our hearts and as well as its wonderful hosts, Philippe and Valerie. They welcomed us with a complement - cider, which was very, very appropriate the next day. It's so exciting when people love what they do💖. The room in this Villa is very beautiful and comfortable, everything is there, you don't have to worry about anything. Filippe told all the necessary information about which shops, restaurants, and bakeries are the best. He took care of us during the whole vacation. In villa they also have a spa. Jacuzzi, sauna and Hamam, so we were able to relax even with two children. Villa Argonne is recommended with all my heart💗

“Beautiful, and would definitely like to come back!”

We was greeted by Phillippe and his 2 dogs Roger and Leah on arrival. We was welcomed to the villa and phillippe explained in amazing English how the use of the facilities work and what was available for us to use during our stay for free, including the jacuzzi and beach hut. We collected our breakfast from the local bakery. Fresh croissants, bread, cakes and more. So much to choose from, as well as the local butchers to choose our sausages and meats for the bbq. The super market was also a bonus with fresh milk and other products. Free use of the spa with the Jacuzzi was amazing! Location was superb, not far from the beaches and looking at the history of the coast. We was able to use the bicycles on site, and it was great to to explore the local villages and sea front. Thank you for having us!

“Great, relaxing stay.”

Great facilities with the spa pool area, steam room, and sauna, the host was great. Lovely grounds. The local area has great shops, a butcher, baker, general store and a shop with great fancy foods. Good outdoor seating area for meals. Close to local shingle beaches, 10 minutes drive. Son loved the scooter. Comfortable accommodation.

Very nice place. Large garden with a small creek where our dog could run free and play with the dogs of the owners. I also liked the spa which is free to use! A butcher, bakery and small super market are at walking distance nearby.

The place is exceptional! We are traveling with our dog and we were happy that the dog could run in the big garden. The wellness facilities are very well maintained and it was nice to be able to reserve the place for private use, which makes the stay more pleasant. A bakery and a small supermarket are just around the corner so we could easily get fresh bread for breakfast every morning. The beaches are about 10 mins away by car and they are all quite dog-friendly.

Very friendly hosts and a lovely dog, we still miss Roger! Thanks for a great time.
