Welcoming host who accommodated early check-in for no extra cost. Spacious room that was well-equipped, quirky and clean. Large and comfy bed. Room very light.

It was such a lovely place, host upgraded our room and left us some cake on the bed!

Spacious room close to all you can do in Ouray. The space felt great as were on a very long trip, a welcome difference to most hotels around here. Free parking, microwave and fridge in the room, plenty of towels (also for the spa’s). Little gift (fresh banana cake form the local bakery) was very welcome.

Uncomplicated and though to a large extent organised on a self-check-in basis I felt warmly welcomed. The host was immediately on the spot and helped me solve an issue (which was caused by my clumsiness).

We weren't sure what to expect and what we got was a nice surprise. They had thought about everything, room was nice and clean. Banana bread was a lovely touch.

Location is excellent; even in Winter, we were able to walk the length of Main Street, find coffee and breakfast nearby and wander down to the Wiesbaden hot springs one evening. We stayed in the Miner's Cabin, and my father stayed in one of the rooms in the main property. I've stayed here at the Inn on a previous occasion, and we returned for the wonderfully cosy and comfortable rooms, and the friendly management. The homemade banana bread always makes me grin too.

Fabulous location. 5 minutes walk to pubs and restaurants.

Nova’s welcome basket of homemade bread was excellent and a very nice personal touch to our arrival after a long drive.

Very nice room, comfortable beds, big plushy towels. Banana cake as a welcome gift on the bed. There was a strange smell in the room when we arrived - seems like something as spilled and they did their best to clean up but did not manage to get the smell out before we arrived. However, when we mentioned this to the owner, he refunded the complete amount we paid, so this was very fair.
