“Amazing, the perfect stop in Ouray”

Superb location and the room was amazing, so stylish and the views (& the rooftop) are incredible . Can’t wait to come back

The room (lucky twenty) was really nice. Bed was comfortable, TV was an alright smart TV, air conditioning was good, and it was really nicely decorated. Really nice view from the two windows in the bedroom. Bathroom too was lovely - very visually cool and again was decorated really cleanly and modern, whilst still maintaining a classic feel. Coffee machine and tea/coffee selection was really good in the coffee room, and it was above a Thai restaurant (sounds like a negative but not - we got takeout and it was really good).

Central location in town! Good sized room and comfortable bed.

Loved the location, ease of parking, the gorgeous rooms, the beautiful view and the rooftop bar was amazing.

Was there a breakfast?? The location was great. The communication before arrival was great as well. Would go back and stay again.

I had trouble getting the dates changed and was billed twice but it was fixed

The location is perfect, close to everything. We really enjoyed the room, the view, the high ceilings, the tub and the overall design. The thermostat works really well and never experienced cold sensation in our room despite the winter outside. Communication with property managers was easy and fast.

our reservation showed a room inside a building. when we arrived our room was directly on the street in the basement in a dark street under the stairs. When I asked about the room as advertised, they told us that I needed to pay more to stay inside the hotel.

Location was great for us (both that it was in Ouray which was a good midway point in our drive, and the location in downtown Ouray was good as well), and plenty of available parking. The lobby area seemed nice though was empty the entire time we were there so hard to say. The check in being done entirely remote (much like an Airbnb) was convenient given our later arrival.
