Fabulous accommodation in a beautiful location very close to Ouray centre. We left the window open so we could hear the river running. The staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast good too.

Excellent location with ability to walk to hot springs and town centre along riverside walk All the staff very super helpful. Breakfast offered good choices for a continental breakfast. Large room with two 6ft beds.

The owners obviously care about their hotel, and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good location within an easy walk to town. Lovely sound of the stream just outside our room.

Good location. The two king beds were very comfortable. Nice view on the balcony and throw the windows. Silent place only the sound of the River. We like it.

“Just 10/10 ❤️”
It is a little bit outside of Ouray, like 1-2 Minutes, and because of that it is quiet. When we entered the Office, we felt directly different, the whole Office is comfortable and warmly decorated, and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Inside our Room, we felt the exact same! There was so much love to details and it felt and looked overwhelmingly comfortable. We had a Room with a Balcony, to the back where you could hear and see the lake, it was gorgeous BUT if you closed the door in your room, you could not hear the lake anymore and it wouldn't bother you.

Our room was large, well lit, and quiet. Bed comfort is very subjective: wife said comfortable, me not so sure. We had a problem with servicing of the room which was dealt with promptly and in a manner that I can only describe as exemplary.
