Overview
This guest house is on a small island within 10 minutes’ walk of Oulu’s pedestrian shopping area, Rotuaari. It provides rooms with a TV and shared kitchen. WiFi and parking are free. All of TurusenSaha’s brightly decorated rooms have a seating area. Bathrooms are either private or shared. The terrace offers nice views of Oulu River, and BBQ facilities are available. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, cycling and hiking. Easy to find, good instructions and a cosy hotel in the middle of Oulu. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. A nice quiet location and a short walk to the town centre.

The owner was lovely, felt like spending a night back home. She gave us excellent recommendations for things to do around Oulu. Very cosy rooms on a small island just a 5-minute walk from Oulu centre. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved the homely feeling: we were greeted warmly, the rooms are spacious and cosy, we could use the breakfast room for making hot drinks - everything we needed ready and waiting. With children, it was handy to be able to use the guest fridge too. There were a couple of other guests, one of whom offered us a lift to the station in her car: our hosts seem to attract kindness with their own kindness.
