“Nice and easy”
Very nice communal area. Heated towel rack was handy. Easy to access and we liked the location. Pricing is fair.

“Don't let the outside picture put you off.”
Accommodation was situated where I wanted to be, and free parking. Beach was about 1 - 1.5 mile walk away. Supermarket very nearby. Clean, tidy and well presented and modern - Don't let the picture of the building put you off. Fridge, Kettle and Microwave in room.

Loved the community area, great for meeting other people, it had a backpackers style feel to it(hostel). Great amount of books and games to play, kid and animal friendly.

I was in Oulu to attend a concert in a nearby club. The location of the hotel was perfect for this, it was only a 5-minute walk. The staff, with whom I communicated in writing before and during my stay, were also very helpful and allowed me to check in early. I also found the hotel to be very good value for money. The hotel is located in the northern outskirts of Oulu, but it is only a few minutes' walk to the bus that takes you directly and quickly to the city center.

“Fantastic value not too far from downtown”
If you like old ornamental buildings with caracter, then this is your choise! OK small garden. A contrast with modern 15 something floor buildings around. If tou have bike, you get easily to any place in Lumu, one of the best cities there is, anywhere!
