A place to stay not far from the city centre, one of not that many accomodations in Oulu

The house is beautiful. The location was great. We had a car and wanted to be away from the cuty center. But ut was walkable to the center on a nice path along the river. There is even a sauna boat a ross the river.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Teemu is a fantastic host and a superb person to get to know to. The loft house is a unique find in Finland. Slept like a baby, had great laughs and conversations and overall just enjoyed my stay. Went to check a public sauna that happens to be just next to the loft, what a great experience that was too. I now know where to return to whenever I need to make a stop in Oulu! Thank you!

“Oulu Gem”

Nice place, the owner made every effort to ensure my stay was good. The house has a story which I'll leave him to tell you. I had the basement room, which had access to the shower area/toilet, garden, and the river.

Very special and modern but still very cozy place! I walked along the river from the city center (about 40 minutes). River right in front of the house to go for a swim. Teemu was very kind and helped with everything!

Fantastic place , large open area and good views ! Can walk out and onto the water side for walks and small cafes ! The owner was friendly, informative and good communication! Parking at the front of the property! The room was clean , tidy and and very comfortable bed ! Big bathroom and all amenties ! Easy access to supermarket and fee place to eat! Highly recommended, photos are accurate, great place to stay
