Cleverly designed space that maximises its potential with modern Ikea style. Both the internal and patio areas felt really comfortable to stay in. Everything felt new, fresh and clean. Altogether an excellent apartment.

The host is very kind, flexible, and easy to be reached by phone. Self-check-in is smooth, and the guiding steps where sent by email ahead of time. The flat is in a modern building and in a central location. near many shops, restaurants, and pubs. I definitely recommend it

Good location. New, clean and cozy appartment, with all furniture and kitchen accesories you need. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. I did not know how the washing machine worked and Matti, the owner, was very helpful

“Total comfort experience. Different but maybe even better then 4-5 Stars Hotel!”
All the things is top. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay totally! I used to avoid staying somewhere like Air B&B but this place might be even better choice then hotel. I really like it.

“Excellent alternative for a hotel room”
This apartment is like a large hotel room with a kitchenette. It is in the centre of the city, but peaceful as it is on the courtyard side. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. New house and apartment, so everything was clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen, also a washing machine in the bathroom.

“Central apartment in Oulu”
Nice apartment, central in Oulu with a outdoor terrace. Fortunately with shadow in the afternoon. Communication with the host was without a problem. We would stay here again.
