Super location for birders. The hotel overlooks a valley of the river and a good starting point to Oukaimeden. Our room was spacoius with a fantastic view. You can spend hours just around the place to watch birds in comfort. We loved it.

Fantastic breakfast, good portions and very helpful staff who can provide additional dishes and drinks at no extra cost. The venue is fantastic, with amazing views of the mountain from the room, from the restaurant, from the rooftop... There's also a very cool swimming pool and plenty of activities to do (even archery!). Everyone from the staff was super nice, and the chef Monsieur Didi is very kind and can help you make the most out of your holidays by helping to enjoy any activity you'd like to do. Last but not least, the nature around this hotel is really beautiful and enjoyable, you'll love being in the heart of the Atlas.

“New year's eve Oukaimeden”

We absolutely loved Aurocher Marrakech – Ourika / Oukaïmeden. This is truly a magical place, and our stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we started driving towards the hotel, the experience was already unforgettable — the scenic road through the mountains, valleys, and nature sets the perfect tone for what awaits you. The location is breathtaking, peaceful, and feels like a hidden gem in the Atlas Mountains. The atmosphere is authentic, warm, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful — genuinely kind, attentive, and always smiling. You immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. A very special thank you to Mr. Taieb, who went above and beyond by arranging a perfect room with a stunning view over the valley and the snowy mountains. Waking up to that view was simply unforgettable. Everything about this place reflects care, authenticity, and heart. If you are looking for a unique mountain escape near Marrakech, surrounded by nature, silence, and exceptional hospitality, this hotel is a must. We will definitely be back. “Very good but could be so much better”

Very spacious setting on a hillside. Unfortunately we arrived too late to enjoy the swimming pool. Our evening meal was very good. Breakfast plentiful but a bit disorganised

The location of this hotel is stunning. There are many routes from the hotel you can start hikes from. The hotel has lots of places to relax and enjoy the views as well which is nice after a long walk.

My husband and I stayed at this stunning hotel during our trip across Morocco. The staff were very friendly and so were the owners. They went out of their way to help us out with our transport back to Marrakesh. I would just advice anyone planning to stay at this hotel to ensure to book a rent a car as there are no shuttle services to Oukaimeden or Ourika valley from the hotel and arranging a taxi could be difficult. We did not realize this until we arrived here. All in all, this is a beautiful place if you are looking for a nice relaxing few days off away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and work life. Would 100% recommend and would definitely visit again!
