“Zero Respect”
the hotel reception made us wait more than 3 hours and it was so cold, and they were disrespectful and rude the way they were talking to us . They denied all the informations we showed them about the reservation i pay for one night but after few hours at the horrible room i left without spending the night out there ,and i choose to go to another hotel . first of all the room was so Cold the food was so bad the bed wasn't comfortable they added 45 dh more than what is booking was asking me to pay .im really upset with my experience at that hotel and i ll never go back to that city again cuz of that experience .
