Breakfast was amazing, it was like having a personal buffet. The pool was lovely with stunning views in every direction. The hotel offer activities such as guided hikes, we did a hike with Ahmad which he tailored to our abilities, would highly recommend this activity when staying at the property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they helped arrange our transfers to and from Marrakesh.

The staff were brilliant! The room we had (Dome) was lovely! Food was a challenge for my kids, and the pool was full of bugs. I had to clean it myself for 30 mins to clear all the flies and bugs floating.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the mountains. We stayed in one of the domes which was great fun. The food was excellent and the pool areas was really beautiful. The owners organised a guided waking tour for us which took about 5 hours. Our guide Aziz was extremely knowledgeable and taught us lots about the local flora and fauna, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch and music in a local home as part of the walk.

Staying in the dome was an excellent and unique experience. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they got us settled in our room quickly and with minimal fuss.

We especially liked the views of the mountains from our dome; the grounds of the hotel were also lovely. We appreciated the hot water and great water pressure after a previous 10 days of not much of either and the beds were comfortable too! The staff were friendly and the food was of a good standard too.

Location in the mountains and the surrounding views are incredible. The rooms and suites are dispersed amongst olive trees and terrasses so each accommodation feels private and peaceful. Very relaxed atmosphere to switch off and simply enjoy the surroundings and hotel activities. The staff are wonderful, so hospitable and generous with their welcome. We did the Moroccan cooking class which was great fun. Also played Padel, pétanque and ping pong. Highly recommend.

Completely fallen in love with this piece of heaven. Perfect for peace and solitude. Staff all so friendly. The slow pace suited my nature. It felt authentic and humble. The food was delicious. I travelled with my 14 and 12 year. Amazing swimming pool. I didn't want to leave and wish we hadn't. I will be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Ksar Shama. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. “Rest And relaxation on an easy drive from Marrakech”

Great compound with an excellent pool and good food. Lots of activities like padel and jeu de boules. We got a free upgrade to a unit with our own terrace since it was quiet. Great to land Here for rest And relaxation after arriving in Marrakech ! We loved it so much we came back after two weeks for lunch on our way to Marrakech but we were too late, so had tea instead!

Excellent value for money, attentive staff, lovely location and good facilities in the mountains.

“A tranquil oasis with an amazing pool”

A little oasis in the mountains. Travelled as a family and stayed in the dome tent which had the most amazing view. It was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4 which includes two teenagers. The garden pool is stunning and the food was of a very high standard. Could not fault this hotel

The garden and the interior design are mind blowing. Also the staff is so sweet.
