Surroundings and views

I had contacted the accommodation to move my booking one day earlier due to a change in my travel plans, and they handled this very flexibly, which I truly appreciated. The staff themselves are also very kind and helpful, credit to them for that. However, it is clear that there is a serious lack of organization, which heavily impacts the overall experience.

“Idyllic location to relax”

Kasbah Africa was a great place to relax amd restore, the staff were extremely friendly and the location was idyllic. We arrived during a storm so unfortunately couldn't not make the most of the pool, however the facilities were great and we were able to relax around the fire with our books and play pool. Great place for families. We stayed in Berber cottage and it was rustic and a bit tired but the beds were comfy.

Kasbah Africa is in an amazing location in the Atlas mountains. We stayed in the Berber cottage which had 2 rooms which was perfect for our stay with family. The nature sounds of donkeys, cockerals, chickens took a while to get used to but this was nothing as the location and staff were amazing. We played table tennis and went on a guided nature walk with Hussein who was very knowledgeable about the surrounding Berber villages - it was amazing. Special thank you to Sofiane who helped us arrange a camel ride at their other property in the Agafay Desert on our way back to Marrakech. Would suggest hiring a car to get around.

The lodges were spacious in a nice setting, The food was good. The staff were very attentive.

It is much more quiet then Imlil and we preferred the nature in Ouirgane. The rooms are very big with a seating area. They have games and a pool table. We where happy with how the place looked and the environment. For eating we can highly recommend Chez Momo and Kasbah Tamadot.

The mountain view is lovely and there is a nice pool for use in summer with lots of loungers. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The location was great for our vist to Morocco. The hotel has a lot of activities to offer.

“BEAUTIFUL LOCATION”

I HAVE PREVIOUSLY STAYED AT KASBAH AFRICA.IT HAS EVOLVED SINCE.NEW SLEEPING PODS BY THE LOVELY POOL.THE GARDENS ARE JUST FABULOUS.THERE IS A MULE NOW TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE.THERE ARE MANY MANY STEPS DOWN TO KASBAH AFRICA.NOT FIR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.I WAS BOOKED IN FOR 3 DAYS,ON MY FIRST DAY I BECAME VERY ILL.NOT SURE IFF IT WAS A BIG I HAD CAUGHT AT THE PREVIOUS LOCATION. I SPENT 2 DAYS IN BED VOMITING AND HAD THE RUNS I COULD NOT FACE EATING.THE MANAGER SENT FOR SOME MEDICATION FROM SOMEWHERE.ITS VERY REMOTE.HE ALSO PROVIDED BANANAS WHEN I COULD MANAGE SOMETHING.HE WAS MARVELLOUS. I AM A STAGE 4 CANCER PATIENT AND HAVE MY OWN CHEMO SICK AND DIOREAH TABS.HE EVEN TOOK MY HUBBY AND GRANDSON TO A LOCAL ROCK SELLER AN HOUR DOWN THE MOUNTAIN.HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT.ALL THE STAFF I MET WERE CONCERNED AND FRIENDLY.I RECOVED AND CSRRIED ON MY JOURNEY TO MARRAKECH.

Superb location. Our “ hut” was comfortable and characterful, with a lovely terrace for a sundowner. Great pool area. Good food.

Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding area is stunning and we went on a fantastic guided hike into the mountains. Would definitely recommend. The tents are great fun if you want a slightly different experience.
