Very glad I d value for money with 3 people traveling, pool and fully equipped for self catering. A big thank lus was the locations to the Klein Karoo festival and local host expert advice of the surrounding attractions.

It’s neat Close to everything that you can visit during your stay. It’s private ,very safe and very quiet. The owners are very helpful and make you feel at home. They assist in every way they can when you ask for directions or places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Tuinhius as a family. The location was peaceful and beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The house itself was comfortable and well-kept, but what really stood out was the warm hospitality of our host, John and Harriet. On the day we checked out, we ran into unexpected car trouble while leaving Oudtshoorn. We called our host, and without hesitation, they came to our rescue. That kind of kindness and support made a big impression and truly showed the care they have for their guests. It was a stay we won’t forget.

The indoor fireplace was a great advantage to the cold and the heated lights inside the bathroom. The host was very friendly and kind. She even gave my son toys to play with which he loved.

the location was safe and the apartment was exceptional. it was homely. have all the needed facilities as well as a pool for the hot summer in Oudtshoorn. We were welcomed by Harriette and and her husband. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you Hariette.

There was excellent communication from the word go with Harriet and John, especially when we had to amend the booking. They have the biggest, kindest hearts. The unit was surprisingly spacious, so comfy. Even though the couple live on site, they were most respectful of our space. All the amenities needed are there and in very good condition. Because of the weather we never got around to use the pool, but next time😄

Great and helpful hosts. The place was perfect for us and our kids. The pool was a big hit and nice to cool down from the heat. Kitchen was well equipped and the whole place very clean.
