Absolutely superb stay - exceeded all expectations. Leon, his wife and staff were all wonderfully friendly and accomodating. Possibly the best nights sleep I have had at a bnb in years and the breakfast in the mornings was incredibly. Fruit from the garden, freshly baked bread and freerange eggs from their own chickens. Location was central to Oudtshoorn but was quiet and beautiful enough to feel as though we were staying out of town. The cleanliness of the rooms and gardens was incredible. There were braai facilities available and a stunning wraparound stoep with huge benches to sit in the sunshine and read a book. Lots of garden spaces with seating to make for many choices of where to spend time. I genuinely could not recommend this enough..... will definitely be our first choice when we come back to Oudtshoorn!!

Very beautiful and nice property. Even though the property is big but it is kept surprisingly very clean. Our host and hostess were very warm and gracious. The welcoming gesture that they gave us was super appreciated and was the cherry on the top.

The property and the owners Peitra and Leon are wonderful hosts. The highlight was the fruit orchard there for the picking and the Ostrich sausage. 5 stars

“Beautiful oasis”

We loved this beautiful oasis with its charming home and pretty gardens. As soon as you step in you feel the world disappear and everything is peaceful. The rooms were beautiful, bedding luxurious and we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful gazebo. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, kind and very attentive. I especially loved the huge coral tree and all the soft white roses decorating the property.

Leon’s and his wife’s were wonderfully welcoming people and their property and gardens are lovely. The room I stayed in was a very spacious double with ensuite and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast in the morning was more than ample to set you up for the day. The home made jam was absolutely delicious and Rocky the African Grey parrot is a hoot.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, nice outdoor seating. Our host was very helpful in booking up a local restaurant for our evening meals.

Great communication, check-in, nice veranda, relaxing and absolutely nice property with lots of space. Secure big private car park and a great working aircon. The owners are really nice and always up for a chat. Brekky was delicious as well. We can highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable bed, the hosts were very pleasant and helpful and despite it being Christmas were always available. I loved my room and will definitely return. That room has my name on it :)
