Wium was amazing and so helpful when we arrived. The caravans were beautiful decorated in different themes and we were very happy with our stay. Our daughter even had an opportunity to join Wium to look for his zebra, she had the best time!

“A Hidden Gem for Nature Lovers - Pure Tranquility Under the Stars”
Our stay at Nature’s Rest Lapa was truly magical. We chose the caravan option simply because it looked like a fun experience, and it absolutely was! Nestled deep in nature, the surroundings were peaceful and untouched, offering a stargazing experience that was out of this world. With zero light pollution, the night sky was breathtaking, and the only sounds we heard were those of the nearby wildlife. The walking trails were a wonderful way to explore the area, and our host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped, catering to every need with ease. This place is a dream for anyone who loves nature, peace, and simplicity. We’ll definitely be back soon for a longer stay!

Everything! Vium is a lovely host. The location is truly off the grid. The dogs and cats are lovely. I would give it an 11/10 if I could.

“Beautiful stay in the Karoo”
The owners are awesome and they know the area and the whole of SA very well. The area is beautiful. I stayed in a cosy caravan with a perfect matrass close to the bathroom and kitchen. The place is very clean, there are nice hikes you can do and if lucky you can spot zebras and ostriches.
