Located in the suburb, only 2 kilometres from the town of Oudtshoorn, La Pension Guest House offers spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi. “Little Paradise”
11 out of 10! Little paradise in the middle of Oudtshoorn. Rooms were decorated with very much eye for detail and were very clean. Next to that, there is an amazing breakfast/coffee/poolbar, as well as a beautiful pool. Breakfast was wonderful as well. However, what stood out most was the hospitality and interesting conversations with Errol and Vanity!

Very friendly guest house, beautiful gardens around the swimming pool, very relaxed atmosphere throughout. Good sized bedroom and bathroom, also had a lounge area, a real bonus. The breakfast was very good, beautifully served fresh fruit with yoghurt, followed by a hot choice cooked to order. The hosts are very involved in the running of their guest house, very friendly and nothing too much trouble, we left with very fond memories, thank you.

“A beautiful guest house stay in a brilliant location”
The most beautiful guest house with very welcoming hosts and friendly staff. It felt like an oasis of calm but was well located for tours and restaurants. Went to dinner at Nostalgie restaurant which we’d highly recommend. Breakfast at the guest house was delicious. We loved the beautiful garden and the decor too.

“Stay at this gem with a Heart - La Pension home away from home”
La Pension really is a home away from home! The service was excellent, and we loved the hands-on approach from the owners. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the beautiful gardens offer a perfect sense of peace and quiet despite the central location. The pets were such a highlight and kept us well entertained! To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious. We can’t recommend it enough

“Simply the best B&B you could think of”
LaPension is a truly special, wonderful place. Eroll, Venita, and the lovely staff are simply perfect at making you feel right at home, just like you’re staying with your best friends. We are deeply impressed by how this hospitality and warmth remain unchanged even after all these years. And of course, there’s Ruby, the cats, the lovely garden, the beautiful pool, the spacious and spotlessly clean room (Deluxe Suite), the perfect location and the delicious breakfast. “Wonderful guest house”
It's a beautiful property. The building, the garden, the bar/breakfast area - everything is gorgeous and very well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and very well-presented. The staff are amazing - very friendly and great to have a laugh with. Very highly recommended.

“Hidden gem you need to book!!!”
We have done a lot of travel and this was the best place we have ever stay and the hosts were exceptional! The site has the most amazing gardens/sections with pool, as were the rooms! The attention to detail was fabulous…..nothing was too much trouble and the host shared their expert knowledge and stories! This definitely enhanced our stay and experience of the area. Breakfast was delicious, they booked restaurants for us and even fetch us a pizza! We can highly recommend and encourage you to book now! We will definitely be back 😜 sorry for the lateness of posting.
