Overview
Situated in the heart of Oudtshoorn, Hartland Country House Oudtshoorn boasts a spacious garden and 15-metre long outdoor pool. The French Provencal-styled house is 3 km away from the Cango Wildlife Ranch. The house consists of 5 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which are located downstairs. The main bedroom is upstairs with a balcony and views of the Swartberg Mountains. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped, open plan kitchen. There is a dining area and scullery with washing facilities and barbecue facilities are provided outdoors. The lounge area is fitted with sofas and there is also a separate TV area as well as 2 fireplaces. The Cango Caves are within 30 minutes' drive and Highgate Ostrich Show Farm is 12 km away. The famous Route 62 through the Klein Karoo is just a 5-minute drive from Hartland Country House Oudtshoorn. The scenic Swartberg Pass can be reached within 1 hour by car.

“Wonderful property and hosts!”
The place immediately feels like home away from home. The property is very private and peaceful. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. Location would suit longer stays as it is close to the city centre, it is not remote. Also very close to local attractions. The caretaker for the property was very friendly and helpful. This property is one which will be hard to leave on check-out day.
