“A comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful hosts.”

It is a large house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Tge property was just right for us.

Peace and quiet. Close enough to town to get what you needed and far enough to relax. Extremely safe, slept with doors open.

Jan was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was great value for money, and staying on a farm felt truly romantic. The highlight was watching the stars fill the night sky. We enjoyed having a braai, even spotted some deer, and had such a lovely time with our children.

Fantastic stay! Jan and Karen are by far the kind of hosts we love to meet around the world. Staying at their place is not just a place to sleep. The house holds the stories, and the experience of meeting Jan and Karen is part of what travel is all about - they will go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. “A really friendly farm accommodation - the grysbocks really are there”

The grysbocks! They were right in our garden! With solar power we did not have to worry about loadshedding. Jan and Karen showed us the whole farm. There were toys in the house for our kids. Would be suitable for longer stays as well.

The farm atmosphere. "Going back in time"

“Tranquil but close to town”

What a tranquil spot! Spacious (even for a bigger family than ours) and with cute bokkies and other wildlife to watch. Close to the town. The hosts were the friendliest people and immediately made you feel like you are at home. Would 100% stay here again.
