The property is a short walk or taxi ride from Ouarzazate airport. We were met at the property and given a tour and keys. The host was very welcoming. From the house you could walk into the kasbah and town easily and there was a good little supermarket and ATM nearby.

Villa Eden is a spacious house in a quiet area of Ouarzazate. Communication was good and it made an excellent base to explore the area.

The size and beauty of the accommodation is astonishing, the amount of rooms (including multiple living rooms) and the amount of space outside next to the pool were quite surprising. The communication with the host was carried out smoothly through whatsapp. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic size, location and facilities. Very spacious and comfortable. We went in Feb so the pool water temperature was a little cool for us to use, but looked great and the outside area was lovely. Shops a short distance away, and a convenience store for essentials on the same road, also very close to the airport. Went with family, they all loved it!

Villa was clean in good location not far from centre all amenities near by Aisha was friendly and attentive any problem we sent a message within 5 minutes she was there.

A palace , we felt like Royalty from the moment we were greeted with so much affection. Villa Eden is so beautiful , colourful and so authentically Moroccan with attention to every detail and we were amazed by the garden and the size of the pool , why stay at a Rhiad when you can bring your friends and family , cook , drink and socialise in your own private Rhiad . Surrounded by shops ( there is an off licence if you walk along the main road into the town ) Fantastic restaurants and takeaways To mention the wonderful owners, they were so helpful and sorted a taxi/tour guide . Directed us to a printing shop ( boarding passes ) , nothing is too much trouble I wish I could keep this place a secret

Spectacular house, recently renovated in best Moroccan traditions. Walking distance to centre of Ouarzazate, airport nearby. Posh neighbourhood. Amenities and house itself - as advertised: gorgeous rooms, private pool, yard with garden, private parking.

Very comfortable and clean. The house and outside area were beautiful and the kitchen well stocked! It was close to lot's of shops and a supermarket.

The host made our stay so special - from greeting us on our arrival to seeing us off on departure, they were so attentive and helpful. When one of us felt unwell the host even attended the pharmacy to purchase medication which was so kind of them. The villa exceeded our expectations - some much space and the pool was invaluable in the 30+ degree heat! The location was excellent and everyone we encountered in the neighbourhood were so friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa and especially the hosts who even bought bought a beautiful Eid gift for my daughter. 10/10 to Villa Eden!

“Beautiful villa with swimming pool”

Beautiful villa with big swimming pool. Three lounges and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Few cafes around to get breakfast, short taxi ride to the centre, flat rate 5 DHS per person. Hammam in walking distance.

Very large Villa, exceptional values with great air conditioning in scotching heat in summer!

“Perfect Villa”

The property gives you a real feel of Morocco. It has all the facilities you’ll need. Everything is clean and presentation was exceptional. Location of the property is great too, main road is a 5-10 minute walk with great food around. The owners are a great example of Moroccan hospitality, they were very helpful and took care of us from start to finish. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to stay in ouarzazate.
