“The pool and staff makes this worth to stay here”
The rooms are a bit outdated for this price and the matrasses are rock hard, but the pool is great and the staff and service was very nice. They have some older waiters that really give service like they did in the old days. We accidentally double booked (once on the business and once private) and they were very helpful fixing that for us.

“Exellent!!”
We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! “Pleasant and peaceful place to relax for one or two nights...but the restaurant is really bad.”
